ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care

This was my second time visiting this office, I admit the first time I did not have a good experience, the guy that brought me in the room during my first visit had a “know it all” attitude and I felt like he was brushing off what I was explaining to him. During this second visit the whole experience felt a lot better. The front desk girl with the pink hair was welcoming and helpful during my check in. I had forgotten my insurance card she was able to help me find the information I needed. She made the checking in process a lot smoother than my first time. There was a girl that brought me in the room this time around very kind and listened to all of my concerns and I did not feel rushed. I’m glad I gave this place a second try.

Refused to explain over the phone what kind of procedures they could do. I would've liked to see if they had the qualifications/staffing to potentially fix an issue I had (would've needed a minor surgery), but the person over the phone refused to elaborate, stating that I would need to do an official evaluation before any more information is given. Quite ironic given that the CCMD website gives a list of potential conditions they can treat, but the person on the phone wouldn't describe them for this specific location. It would be a waste of time and money to go and be told that they don't have staff to help me after all, which is what I was hoping to avoid by calling in advance. This is definitely not the "ClearChoice".

Perfect spot for a Walk-In Clinic (directly next door to a trampoline park) As you may have thought we bounced over after my daughter twisted her ankle while playing with friends. The receptionist let me know immediately that they were unable to do any x-rays on site. Not a problem for us, so we stayed. MUCH quicker than any emergency room visit would've been. We would for sure return if the need aroused again in the future. Incredibly friendly and kind.

I had been coming here for years and taken my children here too , judgement as soon as I asked for clarification on my credit card on file and if im authorizing payment when I’m not here . Then the actual clear attitude because I had stated what my skin had done before and it must have made the provider feel some way . I have never had this experience here but it’s definitely not going to happen again me and my 3 other family members will find appropriate, accurate and reliable care . Oh yeah completely disregarded my hip pain and the way I left feeling less than . Katrina put some lenses in your glasses next time how unprofessional

This place is terrible. Don’t go here. I made an appt and was then told the care provider was late and they couldn’t open the doors- said it would be less than 1/2 hour wait. Lady hung up on me when she called to make my appt 45 minutes later and then shamed me for arriving at the door for my new appt. Time bc they still weren’t open……. Not an apology for the inconvenience, just an attitude for trying to give them business, even after waiting patiently for over an hour. Sitting at competitors down the street and getting right in!
