I went there for an excruciating tooth infection that had led to my face being swollen right before a snowstorm with three children upon arrival. Realized that I did not have my insurance card. The lady in the front her name was Danni barely even said hello. Just asked what I needed. I explained the situation. She asked if I would like to check in in the front with her or online to do the registration as I was doing the registration online I was trying to get a hold of my husband with our insurance card information. She proceeded to tell me the insurance card on file was no longer active. Did not discuss with me what I needed. We both just sat there in silence then I had to ask her. So do you need a card? And she said they would charge me for the full visit and that I would not be allowed

Everybody was super friendly! Short waiting time and quick visit overall. I left feeling better and now I’m feeling almost back to normal. They were able to fill a prescription in house and saved me a trip to the pharmacy. Thank you so much!!

Made my appt online, waited 20 minutes passed that time. The staff cared more about their own conversations than the patients. Bad service

Both the assistant and the provider were knowledgeable, willing to listen, and confident of the treatment. I didn’t even want to visit Urgent Care for a dog bite—did so at the urging of my sister in law, a retired nurse. Alex confirmed that an open wound needed treatment. I was fortunate to be guided to take action before infection. I’m grateful to have found this particular Urgent Care.

I feel the staff was great and the ability to schedule my appointment online was simple and easy. I was in and out in 20 minutes.
