Clear Sight Optical

I Had a very good experience at Clear Sight Optical (formerly Pildes) recently! I always experience great customer care here, but I recently had an extra special one. I had a corneal abrasion a few days before a scheduled surgery. The condition, if not resolved could have made me ineligible for the needed surgery. The staff at Clear Sight and their optometrists took my immediate care very seriously and helped to resolve the situation so that I could have my surgery. They made their appointment schedule work for daily appointments for several days. I can't thank them enough. Each and every member of staff treated me with care, compassion and professionalism. Just had a thorough and friendly exam by Dr. Hyde. He solved the mystery of why I was not seeing well out of one of my contact lenses. I have been coming to UWS Optical for 25 years. They have always been professional, helpful and efficient. I highly recommend them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fernandez for several years. Dr. Fernandez has always been extremely professional and courteous. She is also a great doctor. She takes her time with examinations and I have never felt rushed in the exam room. She makes sure that her prescription is the exact right one. The store has a great selection of frames and the staff is also very accommodating. I would recommend 'seeing' Dr. Anna Fernandez without reservation.

I have been going here for many years. The staff and Doctor are very nice and always willing to assist with my requests and desires. Doctor Fernandez is passionate doctor who is always on time and willing to explain information. The best care and recommendations are always given by the Doctor. I will continue to go back to her!!

I was immediately greeted with a smile as I entered. The staff was very friendly, attentive and professional. Dr. Z was awesome. She took the time to talk and get to know me better. She explained everything to me in regards to my contact lens options. She corrected my prescription and ordered trial lenses, along with full boxes, so I could ensure they were right and offered an exchange if I wasn't happy with them.
