Forest, the excellent hearing specialist is knowledgeable and patient. We are elderly and Forest took the time needed to help us understand hearing aids and how to get the best deal for our hearing needs. 5 stars at this location.

Here's a revised version of your update: --- After three wonderful years of 5 star service, it was time to update my mom's hearing aids. My mom has GEHA insurance, and I initially tried to go through True Hearing due to cost concerns. However, the doctor recommended another route, which required us to pay all costs upfront—something that was impossible for us to afford. When we called GEHA, they informed us that we did not have to pay upfront. Additionally, the doctor claimed that True Hearing did not have the necessary hearing aids for my mother. However, when I contacted True Hearing, they informed me that my mom's insurance covered the following manufacturers: - Signia - Phonak - Starkey - Oticon - ReSound - Widex Widex was one of the hearing aids recommended by the doctor, but he

Highly recommend. They feel and act like small town service and truly get to know their clients. My Dad has been a customer for years and the expressions of care for him and knowledge about him have been heartwarming.

We are snowbirds from Ohio. My husband was having problems with his Phonak hearing aids so I gave Clear Ear a call. Spoke with Brook and she got us right in. Forrest was very accommodating in resolving the issues my husband was having. He also made some additional adjustments that improved the overall experience of having hearing aids. Forrest is 2nd to none and went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable in his field. This is a great family business. Great staff. Very friendly. Very clean office. I would highly recommend.

Our first experience at Clear Ear today was 5-Star all the way! Forrest made the difference. Beyond his expertise and knowledge with industry technology, his service excellence is 2nd to none! He's a great listener and always made sure we understood every aspect of the evaluation and the hearing aid product we were considering. Clearly, he was empathetic to my needs and concerns.
