We couldn’t be happier with the care our dog Hank has received here. From day one, the entire team has been outstanding. The receptionists are genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the doctors are relatable, approachable, and easy to talk to—never rushed, never dismissive. Dr. Nagle has performed four surgical procedures for Hank, all with excellent outcomes. We’ve always felt confident in the recommendations and the quality of care. What we especially appreciate is that they don’t nickel and dime you—their focus is clearly on what’s best for the dog, not on upselling unnecessary services. We brought our dog in and had such a great experience. They were able to do on-site X-rays, which was super convenient, and they took such good care of our puppy. The staff took their time with us and were extremely thorough when explaining everything—especially since I’m not very familiar with my dog’s anatomy. They even pulled out a book to visually show me what things should look like, which was so helpful. They’re now referring us to a specialist, and I feel confident moving forward thanks to their support. Everyone we interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and truly empathetic to our situation. Doctors, med assistants, and office staff are wonderful! They love my fur babies! Not only that they work around my schedule and fit us in easily!

The vet and medical staff is great. Beth at the front desk is rude. 1) I called and she didn't answer the phone, I had to say 'hello'? after dead silence 2) I gave her my name and she called me by someone else's first name. When I explained that wasn't me, she just said 'oh, have you been here before?". I said 'yes' and she said, "oh there you are". 3) I have a somewhat urgent issue with my dog and I couldn't be seen for a week. Even after asking if I could get in earlier, it was just 'sorry'. With no effort to assist and very little concern or willingness to help - even if their schedule was booked. So I will be moving my THREE dogs to another vet. The receptionist just cost them my business.

I am so grateful to have Clayton Road Vet, they took us in as new patients and have been very prompt and helpful every time. I can call and order my dogs prescription dog food and have it in a few days, easy every time! My young dogs new patient appointment was wonderful and they really took their time to get to know her, I can’t wait to bring my dog Sunny for his new patient appointment!
