If there is ANY OTHER PLACE that you can have your test done…. then I highly advise that you do not go to this location. If you absolutely have to go here …. then you should bring a family member or friend with you to advocate for you , and you should be very careful that the radiologist actually does the proper testing that your dr. has requested . This is a VERY NEGLIGENT, careless & arrogant radiologist who does not care one tiny bit about you , a missed diagnosis , or your life. In my case - the radiologist actually knowingly ignored my doctors test Orders and only did HALF of a ct scan that I was sent there to have … Why did he do that you might ask …. probably because the waiting room was filled and he was behind schedule , so he decided my health was no longer important . I went to get an X-Ray. I had been coming here for 7 years. I signed in and sat down with my insurance card. I was never called. Three people working the windows. They took people that came in after me. I left and scheduled my appointments elsewhere.Hopefully, you will treat people of color better than you treated me!!

Go somewhere else if you can, these medical “professionals” should be ashamed of themselves

Dirty place. Nice staff though. Crouse Breast Center way better and cleaner.
