Dr. Hovav was quick to prescribe me medication after a 45 min initial appointment. I remember thinking it seemed pretty fast to prescribe, but i trusted her as a doctor and followed directions. The following months were a rollercoaster of 15 min check ins, dose increases, etc. Nothing abnormal, however I don't feel like she ever really cared about me, I was just another patient. I had to repeat things about myself, never felt like an individual. Now after months with her, having time reflect and how we ended things. I would not recommend this doctor or practice. I had a meeting with her where I was out of state, unfamiliar with where she's licensed - I was berated and disrespected during our final encounter. Waited 3 mo ths to get in to see Dr. Hartman ended up showing up on time. I did e check in to speed up the process. The nurse was nice and got me back to a room quickly. The Dr.Elizabeth Hartmen however is not punctual an I waited 40+ minutes and she never came to the room. I ended up walking out. I do not care how good of a dr you think you are with out punctuality you will keep losing clients. I get ya may be busy but after a 3 month wait it shouldnt take over a hour waiting in a room so small its like a closet with no window or wefi. I will never use UNMC again. Because of there bad Dr I am switching all 8 of my providers thru them to the other facilitys we have in omaha I wont give anymore of my time or money to that hospital.
