This was my first time visiting Clark Audiology & Hearing Aid Center. Jen, was so nice and kind. She is very knowledgeable about hearing loss, hearing aids, and assisting you with deciding on what may work best for your situation. The facility is very clean and accessible. I recommend this facility to those who may need help with finding the right hearing aids for your situation. 2/11/26 - Update: Today was my third visit to the Clark Audiology and Hearing Aid Center. I needed a new hook due to the old one breaking when the new mold was attached to the hearing aid. Jen tried to find a new hook but didn't have one that fitted the Phonak hearing aid I had. She called the service department for Phonak explained the problem and asked if they could send a new hook. They said yes and sent the ne

Don’t have anything bad to say. Have been wearing over a year now and any questions or follow ups were dealt with very efficiently. I needed a new charger today since mine burnt up. Even though the charger only had a 1 year warranty so wouldn’t replace. I purchased the new one this morning from Roxborough office. When I returned home received message to call, so I did and it turned out Clark Audio didn’t charge my debit card and took care of it. Now that’s the type of company that takes the extra efforts to take care of their clients!! Update Had an issue with one hearing aid not charging. The battery stop charging. Turns out battery want charging. They took care of it. Sent to factory for them to change. Again. Best service. Thank you and God Bless William L.

Lisa was extremely helpful, informative and professional. She was kind and patient and went over and above to make my visit really comprehensive. I am so happy I came and so very greatful for the wonderful service.

First, I would like to say thank you for such an awesome experience. Your staff is the best she made me feel comfortable and talked to me directly, she also explained exactly what my problem was and how she could help. I am now adjusting to my new hearing aids and looking forward to hearing better and being a part of the conversation. learning to hear my own voice again is wonderful. I don't know if hearing better make you see better, but now I see small thinkgs when they drop on the floor, I picked up all those hair pin that were missing, lol. I would recommend this establishment. So greatful
