Clarity Eyecare and Optical

I have been a patient at Clarity Eyecare and Optical for several years and I have never had a negative experience. Dr. Mola is kind, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. The office staff is professional and very patient. Everyone has been especially helpful as I shop for new frames (they have a great selection it’s hard to choose!) I highly recommend this practice!

I have been a loyal patient at this practice for several years, consistently attending yearly appointments and even switching to Dr. Mola, whose care and expertise I genuinely appreciate. However, I have been increasingly disappointed with the office's handling of insurance claims and their overall approach to patient experience. It seems that the practice prioritizes financial gain over patient care. For instance, patients are unable to obtain prescriptions for contacts elsewhere or access their medical records without scheduling appointments, which creates unnecessary barriers and additional charges. I barely write reviews but I feel like I have to for this office. I’ve always had glasses growing up so I’ve been to a countless number of optometrist offices and my experiences at them usually falls short somewhere. I can’t say that for this office though. I’ve been to this place for several years now and my experience has been consistent. Dr.Mola is very knowledgeable, makes me feel comfortable, and is very kind. The staff as well are super sweet and helpful. For the past few years now I haven’t had the worry of trying to find a new optometrist because I know I can count on this office, they are great.

This was my first visit to Dr. Janiga and my experience was great! The exam was thorough but also quick. His staff is very friendly, going above and beyond to help me pick out new frames. They made it feel like a fun shopping trip. And no one pressured me into buying designer frames (like the last experience I had at another eye doctor). They were ready in a week and the even going to pick them up were pleasant. I would recommend this doctor every time!
