⚠️ CLAREMEDICA HEALTH PARTNERS, LLC ⚠️ I am writing this to highlight a systemic failure by ClareMedica Health Partners to provide transparent communication, maintain continuity of care, and respect the rights of Medicare beneficiaries. 1. Misleading Appointment Objectives and Lack of Disclosure On February 2, 2026, I attended a scheduled follow-up with Primary Care Physician/Provider. (Ana Lorenzo) I reasonably expected a clinical assessment and management of my ongoing medical conditions. Instead, I was blindsided to find the appointment had no clinical component; the sole purpose was to notify me of new, restrictive "company protocols." Had ClareMedica provided advance written notice of these material changes to their referral process, I would have exercised my right to transition to

This place is horrible. They never answer the phone, they don't send referrals. While my mother's cardiologist office showed proof they had been requesting the referrals for weeks, in this office they say the other doctor's has not reached out for the document. Dr. Ana Lorenzo is terrible, she will interrupt their patients, use a condescending tone and will barely listen. She will get agitated if another doctor requests Labs or tests, and will everything within her power to cut referrals. This place nor their staff deserve 1 star, is too high for their mediocre service.

I gave this place a one star only because I had to to write a review because if it was up to me, I’ll give it zero stars first off. My husband started going to this place because his regular doctor stopped taking his insurance. He was treated horribly he started seeing this doctor all of a sudden he got hospitalized like four times sick because they changed his medication around When there was nothing wrong with him so why fix something that’s not broken. They started adding medication taking away medication and it made him sick. Secondly, every time he needed a referral to see a specialist they would not give him the referral you will walk in this place and if your appointment was at 1 o’clock, you will have to wait an hour or more to be seen one time he had an appointment at a certain ti

This place sucks. Seems like no one knows what they're doing. They don’t answer phone calls, they don’t check the mail until days later. We asked for a fax number and were given an email. We were waiting for something important for them to send back and had to go 2 weeks later only for them to have never even started it. They can’t send prescriptions to the pharmacy like every other place, have to pick it up ourselves and take it to the pharmacy. Will be moving my grandmother somewhere else more competent.

Your referral department is awful. You have no urgency to issue referrals timely, this may be jeopardizing my life, depending on the health situation. Since inception visiting Caremax Saint Cloud, this has been occurring. The customer service agents are just receptionists, they can’t assist with much, just sending emails requests/referrals, that are clearly ignored by the referral department. Absolutely a horrible system. My previous referral experience with previous doctors, from other medical centers is simple; one goes to sign out at desk and they immediately hand deliver the referral.
