Clair Park Animal Hospital

My dog Scooby loves the staff even though they neutered him. I wish they were opening more days but I understand it’s a smaller staff and they need days off too. I moved a little farther from draft but we still go back because Scooby just gets so excited. Perfectly healthy young man.

If I could leave more stars I would. The staff at Clair Park and Dr. Logan are fantastic. Our dog Loki became ill a few weeks ago and they did everything in their power to help him. They went above and beyond, answered all of our questions and put up with us everyday it seemed. They were compassionate, helpful, and treated us as family and Loki as one of their own. I would choose Dr. Logan and his staff every day all day to treat our animals. Unfortunately Loki was laid to rest yesterday 5/5/25 and again they were compassionate and made his final moments peaceful and an easy process. Thank you guys again for all that you did and continue to do for us!

They killed one of our pets and we gave them the benefit of the doubt. We got a new pup and continued to use their services. We treat our pup like a baby and think the vet should do the same or at least respect that. We were giving our pup the treatments as per their orders. Twice now they refused the prescriptions that they issued and can’t take the time to call us and tell us why. They start blaming others when confronted. All we ask is they communicate with us, this seems too hard a task. We have left and will not return. Very unhappy and disappointed

Edit: unfortunately since the change of ownership, this vet just isn’t what it used to be. The last time I took my pup in for his boosters and check up, the vet barely spent 5 minutes in the room with us (barely looked up from his laptop the whole time) after the vet techs did the first round of boosters. When we came in for the follow up, 3 vet techs cornered my pup in the lobby, held him down and gave him the shots - it happened so fast I barely had time to react before they were asking for the payment. After that I switched vets, but continued to receive promotions for their online pharmacy. On Memorial Day I placed an order for thru it only to find out 2 weeks later they no longer use that pharmacy, would not approve my order even though the provider still shows Clair Parks account as
