CityMD Williamsburg Urgent Care - Brooklyn

I visited CityMD as a walk-in and was attended by Katherine, and she was absolutely wonderful. From the moment she helped me, she was relatable, kind, and very informative, with a great sense of humor that instantly put me at ease. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the visit. Just four days prior, I had visited a different CityMD location and unfortunately had a completely opposite experience—I didn’t feel properly looked after or heard. Because of that, being attended by Katherine was a very refreshing change. She made me feel genuinely cared for and truly restored my confidence in the quality of care at CityMD. Thank you, Katherine, for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience.

I was treated with attentive care and respect on my most recent visit to the Williamsburg location. I went in with 1 concerning symptom and the female doctor and female nurse (maybe a PA) on call were incredibly diligent and thorough about finding out what was going on with me. I felt heard and well taken care of. I can't thank them enough for their time and dedication to making sure I was comfortable the whole time and well informed about why they were doing what they were doing. I had gone to a different urgent care the day before and the male doctor told me "I just had the common cold." When in reality, what I was experiencing was due to an iron deficiency, so I'm incredibly grateful for the care I received at CityMD the following day.

I really love the staff here, so I keep going back. They are always so approachable, knowledgeable, and kind. Last night, there was a crowded waiting room and I feel like the staff needs more help. I’ve been there a few times, they work very long shifts and get minimal break time. I wish that they were treated a little bit better.

Medium wait time (not too long not too short depending on how busy it is), Asian male nurse was kind of rude and passive aggressive...doesnt hurt to communicate. I understand working in the healthcare industry is incredibly draining and stressful, but I'm not asking for a whole 5 star experience...female doctor who saw me after nurse was way nicer.

NOTE: The appointments do NOT guarantee your slot. Expect to wait, but get an appointment to prioritize you. I really appreciate the medical staff here. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and quick with treatment. When I had an overbilling issue, I called and had it resolved within 20 minutes. Well done overall.
