CityMD Westfield at Summit Health Hub - New Jersey

I would give ZERO stars if I could . I had called before I went to confirm they took my insurance, when I got there the receptionist charged me, I couldn’t understand because I had been there before and it was not a problem. When I asked why she became confrontational, when I asked for the manager, she was just as rude and disrespectful. With that I left and the employee then followed myself and my 6 year old daughter to stalk and harass us. She followed us out to our car and took pictures of A CHILD !! Not only inappropriate but creepy ! These are the nurses you trust with your family !

It used to be a great urgent care before it was CityMD now its packed everytime. We had an 11 o'clock appoint for me child. On arrival was told 30 to 40 minutes. Now sitting here over an hour and a half past the appointment. Absolute joke. Either call ahead and say you are running behind or be honest about the wait times. People's times should be valued. I will say care providers are very nice once you get in the back.

While we are getting msg for a new patient additional guides can be provided like come to 2ns floor and reception desk based on doctor selection. Also, I got message to fill the details before visiting doctor office and I did, whereas I was asked to fill the same details in a hard copy too. This can be avoided which will reduce the paper wastage and can save green energy. My visit was nice and I was referred to doctor who is kind enough, discussed, explained in detail and all procedures were completed sooner. Wait time was less only (probably i went on weekday and morning). Thanks team.

I usually go here all the time because me and my daughter's pcp are affiliated with them. I took my daughter there on Thanksgiving. The nursing staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. While Dr. Farmer was demissive. Whenever I would ask him a question pertaining to my daughter's condition is response was I don't know it could be. When he discharged her the symptoms were it could be a UTI or a stomach flu. I was confused because they took a urine sample and I know from a urine sample you can tell if the person has a uti not. Long story short she was discharged and within an hr she was at another emergency room. Not to mention she been admitted since Saturday. I'm not a medical professional, but I expect them to not only know their job, but to it. I won't be returning to that urgent care

Won’t see you on time with an appointment. Over 2 hour wait when online said 15 minutes and front desk said an hour tops. Had results in my portal for 30 minutes before a nurse (not even a dr) explained them to me. Place should be investigated.
