It is a private clinic to which I recommend that if you do not want to go a lot or long appointment in normal health system visit Good attention, the most you expect is 1 hour, it's very good, they give you exams quickly and they give you the results and diagnosis in less than two hours, And you're on your way home. March 6 I decided to go to this location because I went to the other one at Webster sometime ago for a leg injury and the doctor did not touch me didn’t look at the leg gave me the referral that didn’t even reach out to me like they said then sent me a big bill months later. I booked the appointment online for 1 got there 12:47 the young lady at the front desk told me to check in on my phone and sit down, didn’t care to listen to why I was there. There was only 3 people seated when I got there I was early so I didn’t mind waiting sometime my issue was not that serious. 1 pm still nothing 1:30 still waiting I waited and waited and waited more people kept coming it got to a point where it was only me there and I still was ignored until more people came and got through before me by then I wa

Do not waste your time coming to CityMD or any urgent care. It was a waste of my time and easy money for the doctor. Came due to my blood pressure and medication and the doctor was very dismissive. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, go to your pcp or ED. Urgent care centers and most of their doctors are their for the money and to dismiss your health issues cause.

Whenever I need to see a doctor quickly or take my two-year-old daughter, I always come here. It's always clean, and the staff are lovely, very kind and respectful. They're very kind and fast.

I’ve been to this location a few times and so far I haven’t had a negative experience. Everyone from start to finish are very friendly and professional.
