CityMD The Hub South Bronx Urgent Care - Bronx

I came here for an ankle fracture after being sent down the block from another provider and within an hour and a half, I was seen, given an x-ray and all patched up & good to go. From the front staff, to the X-Ray Tech, to the one hard-working doctor on staff yesterday, they were all so helpful and friendly! This is how a clinical setting should always feel! Tip: I went at 6PM.

Very unprofessional establishment!!! The employees should take an ethics class because their behavior & language is unacceptable. I should not be waiting over an hour to see the only doctor on duty & can hear the MA's whole conversation!!! They’re laughing, joking, & talking so loud that I was confused where I was!! Is this a doctor office or a high school lunchroom? I will definitely be reporting this place to the state because this is low level healthcare service for my community!!! Just shameful!!!

I was told I needed to be there before 7pm for drug test. Arrived there at 6:30pm and was told I could not seen because the wait was an hr and the test had to be done before 7pm, which was not disclosed when I called beforehand. I was informed by another CityMD that I was not suppose to be turned away since I was on premise before 7pm.

I went in for urgent care due to pain in my foot. I self registered and was called in about 10 minutes. Saw the nurse she took my vitals and was immediately seen by the doctor. Great customer service and I can honestly say this was the best experience I ever had at a medical facility. From registration to discharge it took about 45 minutes. Xrays were done on the spot.

Very unprofessional from front desk to the doctor along with misdiagnosing patients and prescribing meds some patients are allergic to, I really wonder where did the MA’s went to school and how on earth did the providers get a degree?! Never again am I to bring my loved ones or myself to this dangerous place!
