CityMD Sunset Park Urgent Care - Brooklyn

Absolutely horrible experience. I will never come here again. The entire visit felt like nothing more than a way to run up my insurance instead of actually caring for patients. To make things worse, I never even received the medication that was supposed to be prescribed for my care. When I called to follow up, they told me it had been 4 days since I saw the provider so I would have to reschedule another visit just so they could bill my insurance again. Meanwhile, their office literally called me 2 days ago. Does that make any sense? This place feels like a complete scam. Very disappointing and extremely unprofessional.

I have been to this office several times. It is very clean and comfortable here. I have always had a good experience. The service here is fast and high-quality. The receptionists are polite and attentive. The doctors are professionals; they helped me with treatment and selecting medications.

This Urgent care, I have given it more than one chance because they are the only ones to go to in my neighborhood. My experience with them is not the greatest. They keep making wrong diagnoses for my care, maybe twice. The last time I went to them, they just assumed I had a virus and let it go away on its own. Right.... I ended up in the hospital for 3 days with a severe UTI and an infection in my bloodstream, causing my kidneys to fail, almost I want to say. God was with me.

"Dr" Kenneth testa has the worse bedside manner and a lazy doctor overall, had 2 interactions with him but 2 is more than enough to see the kind of person he is thankfully I audio record my or my child's health appointments, was there a few months ago because of ear pain told me "it's just a flaky ear" ended up in emergency room with severe ear infection requiring antibiotics. Second interaction was for a service for my child claimed this service was not provided by CITYMD itself due to the age, mom instinct kicked in definitely just left there. Thankfully 18th Avenue CITYMD was able to provide the service with no questions asked. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR LAZY and I must say that stench of cigarettes very unprofessional

It was a great experience. Everyone at CityMD Sunset Park Urgent Care—Brooklyn was very helpful. I hope no one needs urgent care in their life, but if they do and live near Sunset Park, I recommend them! Hey Doc if you're reading this, the medicine you prescribed helped in 2 days. Thanks!
