From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and respected. The front desk staff were kind and efficient. The PA /MA were not only highly professional but also genuinely caring and attentive. Thank you for providing such compassionate and dignified care during my visit.

Great Services PA Tenzing was great, he explained everything that was going on clearly. He explained why i didnt need antibiotics, and he was right, i felt better within two days. It has been a while since someone took so much time and care for me. I really appreciate meeting him. Kind gentleman.

This is my urgent care for the last 3 years and I have had mixed experiences. Sometimes the front assistants are not the right people for this job, the. networks I wonder if they go to work assisting people why are they so rude. On the other hand, with the medical assistants and doctors that I have had, I really don't complain. So far everyone has treated me well and sent me the correct treatment. I recommend this place for the treatment of the health employees but not for those who work at the front desk.

Gone here several times despite being let down every time simply because it's a short walk from home. Long waits, no help, no answers, and doctors/nurses/technicians that seem annoyed you'd even ask questions. Like you're supposed to bring your own diagnosis. They'll sit you on that roll-out paper for an hour to wait for a 1-minute conversation and send you on your way. A $75 copay to tell me to take Advil, wait a week and see a specialist if it doesn't improve. I could do that with no medical schooling at all. What are these middle-men even for?

very worse service. if i could give them less 1★ i would do that. i went there with my 17yr nephew bcoz of his parent out of the state and his condition was not good. they didn't see him want to his parent. they spoke with his father and he give the permission to see him. the kids is strugling with his breathing but they don't care
