CityMD Soundview Urgent Care- Bronx

Dr. Dreschnask was amazing, his bedside manner was impeccable. I accompanied my sister today who has anxiety and he made the visit extremely seamless. Nice to see gentleman/professionals servicing the community!

This is one of the best urgent care locations I have visited. Clean location with tv for the kids. The staff is friendly and outgoing. The doctors I had were thorough with figuring out what was going on with me and seemed to take their work seriously. The wait time varies. I've been in and out in under an hour, and there were times I've had to wait 2 hours or more. It depends on how many people are there before you. I try to book ahead if I can, and that helps.

I’m glad I decided to go there when I had a minor kitchen accident. It was a Sunday in the middle of the afternoon my only option was the er but my son called to tell me he was there for his own minor accident and that they were open until 6pm. The office staff and doctor were awesome PLUS the whole place was clean. Citymd saved me a long er visit and after 3 stitches with a tetanus shot my whole visit was quick painless and over Thanks Sunday crew 🫶🏼✅

This location turns people away and closes early (I was turned away at 6:30PM on a Monday, when the site clearly says it closes at 8:00 PM). The manager there, Tommy is extremely rude and disrespectful. I am appalled that people like her are in higher power of positions to make decisions that affect people’s livelihoods. Please investigate this location and the people there who show up to work and decide they will do the bare minimum at their jobs.

I have been to this urgent care numerous times. I have been quite pleased with their treatment there, from the receptionists to the doctors. They listen to you, are very polite, and are caring. This is my go to, even before my primary care doctor’s office. I am never there more than 45 minutes total. That’s from the time I check in, get my vitals, talk to the doctor, and am treated. If I could go here for all of my medical needs, I would. I have been to various urgent cares. This one, by far, is the overall best medical center I have had the privilege to be seen at.
