Kind compassionate clean Great customer service pleasant environment. People here were so nice, no idea why I was traveling farther. Doctor was terrific, front desk was great, easy convenient, They gave us a detailed document on everything including the medications. Easy call to refill brought in my daughter who had been ill for a few days. Enjoyable experience

I want to share my experience at CityMD as a polite warning to others. Unfortunately, the newer reception staff seemed uncertain and poorly trained when it came to answering questions about referrals and procedures. We asked specifically if a referral would be needed and received unclear, rushed answers that didn’t help us make an informed decision. Despite the confusion, they were quick to charge us $75 upfront. When it became clear that the visit wasn’t what we needed, there was no effort to clarify or assist — one staff member even shrugged as if to say “too bad.” It’s disappointing to feel like your concerns aren’t taken seriously, especially when money is involved. They take walk in and appointments as well...I literally won't go anywhere else. Dr. B. Sanderov is the only doctor Im willing to see for treatment..him and his team at STAT, genuinely cares about you and constantly go above and beyond to help you. Not just treat your symptoms and send you a bill. They've been so accommodating when I had issues with insurance, or financial issues, and they went out of their way to help me resolve them. Even if it had no benefit to them! They've helped me with more than what I went in for, and constantly strive to make me feel better, in my life better physically and mentally.
