Although I like that this urgent care is convenient, it feels like a waste of time to go to. I went in feeling horrible throat pain and congestion, and they did a few swabs to rule out covid, strep and the flu. They told me since I was negative for the tests, they would send a throat culture over to their labs and I would have the results within 24-48 hours. They diagnosed me with pharyngitis but said they can’t treat it until the lab results come back. A day later I called to check on the results and they told me they take 3-5 days… I told them I have to return to work in two days and have already gone 3 days sick without medication. I was there four days ago with severe sore throat. All my tests came back negative. The PA prescribed amoxicillin. I went back today with both eyes infected and a cough and the PA there told me nothing’s gonna cure anything I have. I said well they prescribed amoxicillin. He said well I didn’t prescribe it. Well, someone there did They make you wait quite a while being as no one ever there. staff is not knowledgeable. I asked if they do TeleMed the girl on the phone said no I got to the office. Yes they do. Don’t go here if you want any real medical advice because nobody knows what they’re doing Go to a real doctors office don’t waste your time here

I visited this urgent care today for a toe injury with a large blood buildup under my nail. The pain was severe, but all they did was recommend an X-ray and sent me home without any real treatment. I’ve had a similar injury before at another urgent care, and they treated it quickly and effectively. I expected the same level of care here but unfortunately left with the same pain and no solution.

*I had a terrible experience.* I arrived in tears, curled up in pain, experiencing a full-blown crisis around noon, after suffering all night. Despite clearly being in distress, I had to wait while three people who were not in any emergency were seen before me. Eventually, the receptionist asked me a series of questions, I paid, and then finally saw a doctor—only to be told I needed to go to the hospital. I ended up waiting over an hour just to be sent elsewhere. It turns out I had appendicitis. Had I been taken seriously and seen earlier, the inflammation might not have been as severe by the time it was finally diagnosed. This delay in care was not only distressing but could have had serious consequences on my health.

This is the WORST urgent care I’ve been to. The doctor (don’t even know her name because she didn’t tell me) was not personable whatsoever and refused to release prescriptions to my pharmacy for a week unless I come visit again.
