CityMD Rockaway Urgent Care- Queens

My second visit here! It is clean with well equipped consultation rooms and professional medical teams who tank you through the process, any testing conducted and the results. They could however be more responsive - I was diagnose early on Friday afternoon but couldn’t find the prescribed meds in the first 10 pharmacies I visited/called including in Manhattan so I called back only to be told there was no alternative!!! I had to contact my PCP to help.

I received the best service, the staff is very professional! Waiting time without an appointment was approximately 20 minutes. Check in by using city MD app. Very satisfied with doctor's recommendations. Highly recommend this place!

The physician assistant and nurse are very nice professional and thorough in taking good care of me. The medical facility is modern spacious and convenient. This is certainly a great addition to Rockaway community. My sincere thanks to the lady P.A.!

PA Lauren and her team were fantastic! The urgent care was clean and welcoming, we barely waited 10 minutes after registering. I felt the doctor did a thorough examination and rapid testing, her bedside manner was 10/10. I highly recommend this location to friends and family.

A 225 dollar doctor's note for diarrhea due to a wrong code submitted. I have NYCTA insurance went to obtain a doctor's note to return to work. They submitted to my insurance that it was an medical exam to return to work, which is not covered. They took my blood pressure, temperature and wrote my note all for the price of 225 dollars. Me and my insurance contacted Summit Health to resolve issue to no avail. They insist that they can't correct code issue on their end. I would have given them zero stars but am unable to do so.
