10/06/2025 NO BEDSIDE MANNERS!!! 1. The doctor never once physically examined me as by law and insurance billing m; he had 1 foot into the room and 1 foot out. (Dr. Z.) Stood at the door and said you also dizzy with your headache (I originally said drowsy and he added the dizzy terminology into it), Dr. Z the. Says I’m recommend you go ER for a cat scan, I cannot help you. WHICH MEANS DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!! Why go to the urgent Care just to be referred to the ER. Better I had went to the ER in the first place. I walked into the facility with gas issues also as I was gas/fart on premises which may have been my nauseous feeling, unattended to that issue. Headache and Nausea Medication No Longer Exist? THE GOOD!!! Prior to today’s visit I came here before and had a good experience

I visited on Sunday, Feb 22nd. It's very clean. The woman used posits notes to record my answers, not an I pad or computer. The PA came in the room with an aggressive attitude. She was not aware of the effects of the medicine she prescribed me. It was difficult to get her to understand my issue. Finally I gave up. I won't be returning there again.

Literally the worst urgent care you can go to in Queens. Everyone that works there is rude. They make you wait for over an hour while the doctors are in the back just laughing and talking to each other the entire time. I’ve had 3 horrible experiences with them so far. The place definitely needs to look into hiring new doctors that actually want to do their job and receptionists that actually want to do their job. Don’t work in the medical field if you don’t have mannerism for your patients.

I just left this office with my daughter and the nurse that served us is not happy with her job. As RN myself please take a break or leave you're problems at the door. Attitude was so nasty. Patient N Noel seen with Dr Kwiatkowski on 9/13/2025....This is our second time at this location dealing with unacceptable personalities. I get it working in Healthcare is hard. I work in a medsurg unit but don't have an attitude. Don't be dismissive. Pay attention to your demeanor. I'm sorry I'm just big on customer service. Lucky I gave a 2 only because the gentleman in the front had some decency. We don't even need to talk about the docs. We are the one in charge of bedside nursing unfortunately to say so just be mindful. Take care.

Quick and fast service everytime I go. This time the front desk girl made sure we were checked in properly. Manager was on the floor interacting with patients/staff as well. Great location!
