AFC Urgent Care Queens Village

I had to come to this Urgent Care Center to make sure that I wasn’t dealing with a more serious case of the cold or Flu. The front desk staffers were very attentive and helpful, and the medical staff there (particularly Dr. Altaf) were very cordial, professional and asked all the extensive questions that made me truly feel like I was being seen by my own primary care physician. And the price to be seen for an appointment wasn’t over-the-top. Overall? I’m satisfied with my experience here and felt very trusting of the care they provided for me. - AB

I recently visited AFC Urgent Care and had a great experience. Dr. Massoud and his entire staff, including the receptionists, were extremely professional, kind, and attentive. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The service was quick, and the care I received was excellent. I recently took my mom to urgent care for a possible UTI, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. When we arrived, the front receptionist greeted us warmly, which immediately made us feel welcome. The facility was extremely clean, adding to the overall sense of professionalism and comfort. The nurses were incredibly sweet and attentive, really taking the time to listen to my mom’s concerns. One of the nurses spoke Spanish, which was a huge plus because my mom was able to communicate directly without me having to interpret. That made a big difference in how comfortable she felt during the visit. My mom saw Dr. Ali Altaf, and I was surprised at how young he looked. Despite that, he was very professional and warm-hearted. He listened carefully to everything my mom had to say,

Every time I go for a physical, especially when it comes to drawing my blood, it’s usually very difficult to find my vein. But with Nabilla, the medical assistant, it was perfect. She was gentle, patient, and very professional, and she made me feel completely at ease. I’m truly thankful for the care I received at this urgent care. The front desk staff was welcoming and patient, and they made sure I felt comfortable ❤️❤️ I highly appreciate the kindness and care I experienced here.

The workers were very polite when I entered the building and were greeted very friendly. The Doctors were very nice. Even the nurse Ms. Nathalie that was taking my information when I came into the room to be examined were so kind. Thank you for her service towards me and I was comes here because of their service.
