CityMD Pelham Parkway Urgent Care - Bronx

I have been to this location I believe 3 times now. I highly recommend it here. Staff is so nice. Saw Dr today. Never had him. He is so genuinely caring authentic. Very refreshing to see physicians like that he’s rare. Timing is good especially what you make an appointment. Thank u front desk staff and everyone who works here.

I highly recommend CityMD. I received high quality care from this urgicare center from the receptionist, medical assistant, and xray technichian were friendly and courteous. The medical doctor was highly skilled and compassionate. I was very satisfied with the care and will make CityMD my first choice.

A terrible experience. I came looking for a doctor for my daughter, and Rose, the person at reception, said my daughter couldn't see a doctor. When I asked if she was denying my daughter medical care because she had an outstanding balance—a balance I knew nothing about, and not only that, my daughter has always had her medical insurance active—It's awful to have someone with such a bad attitude at the start of the workday, and not only that, but she was speaking to me as if she were doing me a favor.

I recommend this place everyone is really kind and professional the place is really clean and we didn’t have to wait too long. Great service!

Only reason I gave any stars is because except for the registration staff/manager part that was unprofessional and act like they are a separate entity from the rest of the CityMD chain it was ok. They make up rules and charges that I never experienced at any other CityMD. Definitely disputing with my insurance!
