CityMD Parkchester Urgent Care - Bronx

I visited the doctor. I requested a few days off. The DR. Subhas only approved one day, even though I was already scheduled off the following day. My primary issue is the doctor using his own office form. When I said that I need my specific MTA form filled out. He did fill out my form but he became highly agitated. He also gave his staff the same unprofessional treatment. Furthermore, he made an audible statement indicating he would no longer complete MTA forms. This behavior was completely unacceptable.

Reception staff was very welcoming, and my doctor was quite knowledgeable and thorough. He even took the time to find a diagram to illustrate my issue so that I would better understand the problem.

This was by far the most awkward urgent care visit I’ve ever had. The staff looked like they absolutely hated their jobs, no smiles, no greetings… they just stared until I said “good morning” first. The entire experience felt uncomfortable, like I was being accused of something just for being there. The staff were unprofessional, and the PA couldn’t even explain what causes a yeast infection. Very disappointing experience overall.

I went to city MD (Metropolitan)urgent care yesterday i have Cold in my chest they gave me a Covid and flu and strep test to find out I have bronchitis why a doctor couldn’t figure that out. I had to go somewhere else. And that’s what they told me I had. And now the medication that the new doctor gave me is working a lot better.

made an appointment for today was seen and I tell you they were so nice. RITHA –Scribe – Dharsi – PA. were great. Help me with what I needed very nice very professional i recommend this place highly . give it four stars .
