Beware of the BS!!! Told my Covid test was absolutely covered and would not cost me. Then sent a bill for $210 and the facility just hands you a card and tells me to call someone on a phone line(who will not help, just blames my insurance coverage.) DO NOT TRUST THEIR LIES!

Medical assistant super nice, he spent more time with my daughter taking vitals, doing test then the actual doctor. Dr came in said flu and strep are negative, I can give your child a Motrin, gave her the Motrin and left. The whole interaction with the Dr lasted no more than 1 minutes. I should of read the reviews before going. My daughter left the office with a high fever and no solution. By the time I got home my child's fever was 103.5. Don't waste your time or money. Very unprofessional and if you are frustrated with people and your career then maybe you should not be a doctor.

Convenient hours and location but sometimes not happy. My last visit was VERY quick with the doc. Unfortunately, despite informing staff and doc about my drug allergy, they prescribed one I was allergic to. I didn't realize it because the name was unfamiliar. Wound up with a minor reaction and a new med was given. Just be cautious, quick doesn't always men good

My husband went to the doctor Saturday night. He never goes to the doctor, but he was extremely sick with fevers and chills. The doctor would not prescribe anything and told him to call back in three days if he was still feeling sick, at which point something could be prescribed. Three days later, he still feels very sick, and there is now a snowstorm. We also have a 4-month-old baby at home. When he called back, they told him he would need to come in again and see a different doctor. I find this incredibly inconsiderate and upsetting. I explained that we have a baby at home and I’m worried about the baby getting sick as well, but they did not seem to care at all. Go somewhere that actually cares about your health and your family. 0 stars.

Worst place to go to if you’re seeking help! If I had an option I would give it a ZERO star. I wish I read all the reviews before I went to this location, as many people had worst experiences. I went today to get my knee checked and get an Xray after I went to Butler Location who referred me, as their Xray technician was not onsite. I have been checked in, entered my insurance information, paid copay then to be told that they are not in the network for my insurance. This seemed to be very confusing, I called the insurance company who confirmed that they are in the network, they spoke to the staff in the front desk and they couldn’t provide any assistance or good reasons for me not to get treated. The staff showed little to no empathy or concern, even though I came in seeking immediate assi
