CityMD Norwood Urgent Care - Bronx

This has to be one of the best, if not theee best City MD there is! The service was quick, straight to the point, and exceptional! I had previously visited another City MD location down in the city in which a good amount of errors were made that this location seamlessly and willingly helped me both resolving. Each staff I interacted with during my visit there were all immaculate— they were super courteous, greeted me upon arrival, and very efficient and thorough. I’d recommend the Jerome Ave location and their team a thousand times over. Thank you guys for an amazing visit.

I am one who rarely seeks medical attention, but due to experiencing severe pain, I was in desperate need of care and decided to visit this facility. The staff did not appear to have the necessary experience to properly evaluate or treat my condition. After waiting for a considerable amount of time, I was seen briefly, no more than five minutes, before being prescribed medication. The prescribed medication not only exacerbated my pain, but also caused an allergic reaction, further worsening my condition. This experience left me feeling neglected and unsafe. I would strongly advise others in need of urgent medical attention to visit an emergency room instead. I would not return to this facility and cannot recommend it to anyone seeking competent or reliable medical care.

The day that I went to this MD, there was an older doctor much older Doctor Who instead of asking me what symptoms or what’s going on with me I said I had a discomfort with my ear. He right away told me what it was. I didn’t finish telling him I was getting dizzy spells, which is a chance of vertical and none nonetheless I left and went to a different clinic.

The staff were extremely attentive, professional, and friendly. The doctor was especially patient and compassionate. She was able to answer all of my questions while providing detailed explanations for each of them. I left the clinic feeling hopeful and alleviated rather than confused and worrisome. Plus, the place is very clean and newly renovated. The seating adheres to social distancing requirements. Would highly recommend.

John Paul & Yannick were very kind and helpful when I arrived. Before I arrived I spoke to a nice lady on the phone as well , Best City MD ! They treat you with respect and with a smile. 10/10 would recommend.
