CityMD Mt. Eden Urgent Care - Bronx

I brought my daughter to CityMD Mt. Eden Urgent Care early in the morning because she wasn’t feeling well. We were seen very quickly, and the medical staff was excellent. The scribe who worked with us was exceptionally professional, patient, and calm, even though my daughter was having a difficult time. She handled the situation well and completed everything efficiently. Overall, our experience with the clinical staff was great. However, I did encounter an issue with the front desk procedures. While the staff were polite and professional, I believe their training—or possibly their policies and procedures—needs improvement. I was having issues having my sibling get registered, and instead of receiving any help, the front desk ignored me. I sat waiting thinking the issue was resolved when it wasn’t and was not notified at any moment. This place used to deliver good service but the staff has not been as pleasant within the past few years.

Was there yesterday,it was very clean, organized, front receptionist very professional, courteous, they took care of my wife quickly would recommend over others that are in close proximity.

The person the answers the phone is extremely rude I don’t really understand how people with these types of attitudes work in healthcare. I am genuinely disgusted!

The guy Steven was EXTREMELY rude to me and did not let me get seen even tho I explained to him I had a medical emergency. Y’all need to do better with these front desk staff!!
