They are very slow. I needed to get my son a shot for school. I called and they said they weren’t busy. I walked in five minutes after the phone call and waited over an hour. Then I stepped out to take a phone call. They wouldn’t give my 13 year old son a room because I had to be present. In those 30 seconds they gave my room to someone else. I understand they cannot proceed with anything medical until I am there, but they should not have given up the room. Very inefficiently run office. I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

The front desk needs an overhaul. There were 3 females at the front desk when I arrived. I spoke with the one on my left explaining the purpose of my visit. She was cold and barely concerned. I chose to login online to avoid any more interaction. On my way out I needed my document stamped by the front desk. The staff made a copy of the document for their record. I asked if they were good and one of the assistants said yes. I said everyone have a good night. When I turned to leave there was a female sitting in the middle chair with these long fake eyelashes and pushed back weave, who muttered under her breath, ‘shut up’. People like this should not be in the service industry, especially the medical field.

The ladies that work at this location were all incredibly kind and patient, however it was pretty clear to me that the male doctor who saw my friend had some kind of prejudice. If you want to be a healthcare provider, sort that out or don't be a doctor but people shouldn't be judged or uncomfortable when they are already in pain. If you don't feel like you can provide adequate care to all patients, including LGBT people, maybe find a job working from home or something where you don't provide services to the public. Sick people don't need side-eyes and impatience. They need attention and to be treated seriously like any other patient.
