Best provider here is Munduy Gagandeep. I wish he could stay at this location. I had a very reassuring peaceful experience and the scribe was extremely helpful and wonderful. Thank you so much. The clinic was bright and clean and I was welcomed and given good care. I was delighted and will return there; I am also recommending it broadly to friends and neighbors. This is what health care should look and feel like.

Super friendly staff and overall a very pleasant urgent care experience. It can get quite busy, especially with COVID testing, but I walked in on a Friday afternoon for a non-COVID related issue and only had to wait 20-30 minutes before being shown into an exam room. The attentiveness and patient-focus was top notch - I discussed my issue first with the nurse, then with the physician’s assistant, and then finally with Dr. Klokeid (with the nurse and physician’s assistant still in the exam room). Dr. Klokeid (and his staff) was very personable, knowledgeable, and answered every single one of my questions (of which there were many) calmly and clearly - ensuring that I fully understood his diagnosis and put my mind at ease. The doctors there is not really professional and provides vague diagnosis for my hand procedure. The front desk staffs are not friendly either, super bad experience.

Do not go to CityMD LIC for Dr. Gloria Park. I repeat: AVOID DR. GLORIA PARK LIKE THE PLAGUE! I fully agree with a previous review that Dr. Park is unprofessional, weird, and gave dismissive remarks. I visited the CityMD for stomach distress - ongoing diarrhea, vomiting and abdominal pain that had lasted for a few days. After having my vitals taken by a technician, Dr. Park came into the room. But without examining me at all or asking me further questions, she immediately determined that it was because of something I ate. She did not show any care for my condition even though I was weak and visibly in pain. In fact, she was standing by the door the whole time when she talked to me as if she were in a rush to leave (there was only one patient in line after me, so not a busy time for the ce
