CityMD Jackson Heights Urgent Care - Queens

I went to this CityMD with low back pain. Making the appt online was very easy, as well as filling out the forms that were texted to me via a link. Very cool facility ,nice ,open and very roomy waiting area. Front desk staff super friendly. Amir called me in and did my in-take . Michael the PA saw me and give me good advice and medication that worked within 2 days. Both very nice and professional Overall, great experience . Thank you!

Do not come here, very unprofessional, front desk workers are VERY lazy, lilibeth hernandez (young Hispanic lady with glasses) does not know what she’s doing, my own insurance had to take note of this specific location and everything because they were surprised this location does nothing but sit there. When I finally was seen after almost 3 hours, the scribe was insanely rude and condescending, almost laughing at my situation too. They need to shut this location down or hire a completely new staff. Completely unacceptable

City md Jackson Heights was good 2-3 years before. But now is getting worse. Dr. Is not great at all. Today and last time my experience with dr are not good. They don’t want to listen to you. Make you rush. Not giving enough time to explain. We need male dr too! I wish we need nice dr. Who gives little time to patients.

I brought my father to this urgent care a few weeks ago and the experience with the doctor - Anthony Kim (DO) was extremely disappointing. From the start, the doctor was condescending and dismissive. He remained standing by the doorway and did not step closer to properly examine my father. When I asked reasonable questions about my dad’s condition, his tone was sarcastic rather than professional. At one point, after I asked whether my father could have an infection, the doctor responded with, “What do you think? Does it look infected to you?” This was incredibly rude and inappropriate. He is the medical professional…that is precisely why we sought care. If he is uncomfortable examining patients or engaging with them respectfully, they should seriously reconsider working in direct patient

If I could give 0 I would. I had the worst doctor patient experience. The doctor who saw me was laughing at me, being condescending, kept asking with attitude why have I come when I clearly told multiple times that I am taking medicine from regular doctor and not seeing improvement. And I got scared and came here as a emergency, as my chest pain won't go away. And I still have stomach pain. Also told to check my yellow toenails as they also started at the same time as the rest of the pain, and she refused to check me. That I need to go to my regular doctor and get a referral and see a podiatrist. But I told her to please check since I am here and my regular doctor didn't check me either. And what if the toenails say something that's an er emergency. To just take a look at least. And she r
