CityMD Downtown Brooklyn Urgent Care - Brooklyn

I went to this place today with my bf and this doctor named Nancy Marrazzo made my boyfriend feel so uncomfortable. This lady did not want to even treat him or give him pain medication he left out of there feeling terrible. Please do not go here they will bill your insurance and don’t even treat you will rush you out.

Leaving a review mostly so I never make the mistake of coming here again. When I came at 5 pm, they warned me that it would be an hour wait. Between the wait room and the actual patient room, I waited over 2 hours and still didn’t get seen. Decided to cut my losses and ask for a refund. The only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff was kind enough to figure out refunding me.

Came from out of town and brought my 6 year old. Registered online and was seen super fast by the nurse and PA. Very friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful. Even made my kiddo a glove balloon to cheer him up.

I now fully understand why the reviews for this CityMD location are so bad. The office was completely empty when I arrived, which should have been a red flag—but I went in because it was the closest urgent care near me and I was feeling absolutely awful. I came in dealing with severe congestion, mucus buildup, and lingering post-respiratory symptoms. I explained that I’ve been given steroid shots in the past for the same symptoms with fast, effective relief. Unfortunately, Dr. Pamela Klein was one of the worst providers I’ve ever encountered. She was dismissive, rude, and completely lacking in bedside manner. She refused to give me a steroid shot, and offered no alternatives, no explanation, and no basic suggestions for how I could feel better. It felt like she wasn’t even listening or wi

Had a great experience with Dr. Sicaro and the rest of the staff. No wait time. Dr. Sicaro was patient and explained everything in an incredibly helpful way. Thank you downtown BK team!
