CityMD Commack Urgent Care - Long Island

The City MD In Bayonne NJ is a very pleasant establishment to have my medical issues to be dealt with. The receptionist Sharmaine is a Great Person with a WONDERFUL PERSONALITY!!! She really made my visit BEAUTIFUL!!! Thank you

I have been to this urgent care many times and have never been let down, including yesterday's visit. The providers are very knowledgeable with good bedside manners. The receptionists are helpful and courteous. The MAs are fantastic, empathetic, everything you would want your care team to be during your time of need. I just want to say you all are appreciated and keep up the good work. The only thing I could suggest is having the rooms and areas cleaned, it was very dusty. You could see clumps of dust on the floor even in exam rooms. In the radiology room where you have to up close and personal for the xray if you look there is dust clumped together on the wall wires and xray machine. As someone with severe dust allergies I would suggest these areas be cleaned both for patients and workers

I’m not going to give them a bad rating, because out of the 3 times I’ve been there, overall the staff is extremely pleasant, understanding, respectful, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. The facility is very clean and usually there’s little to no wait time, and you’re in and out within 30 minutes to an hour. However- yesterday I went back in and there was a new receptionist working (I’m not sure if she’s new but I’ve never seen her), and she completely ruined my visit. I came in with flu like symptoms, literally with bloodshot eyes and barely able to stand on my feet. I did the walk in questionnaire on the iPad for myself and my child. I only received 1 link. I notified the receptionist that my child would be coming in soon as my partner was parking the vehicle. As

Really incredible staff. Everyone was so kind and accomodating. They made my health issue a priority and eased my mind. The wait time was very short even with what seemed like a lot of people waiting. If you want to feel like a priorty and that your cares and concerns are being addressed kindly, go to this City MD!

My experience here was terrific. The staff who greeted me were friendly and efficient. Both the nurse and doctor who took care of me were both friendly, patient, caring, and thorough. This is what you need when you not feeling well and are nervous.
