If I could give zero star I would… The receptionist and medical assistants were very kind and professional, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with the attending physician was very disappointing. Her bedside manner was poor, and she came across as dismissive from the start. While she did examine my thumb, she repeatedly insisted that the scratches on my skin were not broken, even though they were clearly visible. It did not appear that she spent more than a couple of seconds looking at them before dismissing my concern. She also initially refused to provide antibiotic ointment for the scratches. I had to insist on requesting it, and she eventually gave it to me while stating that I did not need it and they were only scratches! For context, more than 10 people—including a sc

Worst urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Place is neat and clean but staff is incompetent. My husband and I both went together to been. We were in separate exam rooms. We share a common last name but nothing else. I was given a diagnosis sheet starting I had cough and fever. I had 98 degrees which is not a fever. My husband told the attendant HE had a fever earlier in the week. I asked about a Covid or flue test and told by the practitioner that I already had one - which I HAD NOT! My husband had those tests - not me. Then after complaining, I was also given a Covid and flu test which were negative. Both my husband and I were asked by the practitioner if we WANTED medication. We don’t hold medical degrees and meds should be called into a pharmacy if the practitioner feels the world help

It is definitely a slow wait. But I have never had a bad experience here. I find the doctors and nurses to be very understanding and gentle. They really do try to accommodate as much as possible.

Worst experience ever if you are able to go anywhere else go. The wait time was over a hour long the nurse was very kind however the doctor took an extra 30 minutes and gave a 2 minute conversation. Claimed to prescribe and refer me however no documentation of that. Overall horrible experience. Need better service providers. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I came in with an infected toe. The doctor said that it needed to be debrided by a podiatrist. He also said that because there was a callus on the toe it obviously had been a problem in the past. I said the callus was very minor (it is) and I'd never had any issues previously...but he took issue with my comment and said "well it's a problem now!" He said I needed surgery. He prescribed an antibiotic (which is what I was expecting), but said don't just wait 2 weeks and do nothing. Without going into detail...in 2 days it was totally fine. It would have been fine w/o the antibiotic! Skin infections typically just go away If I were 40 years younger, I would have ridden it out....assuming it would be ok. Maybe that's not always the best thing to do (!), but at least I would not have b
