CityMD Brooklyn Navy Yard Urgent Care - Brooklyn

I had a minor issue and decided to visit. I made an appointment and only waited a few minutes before being seen. Everyone was extremely polite and nice including Joshua at the front desk. The care I received was excellent and I would definitely go back if needed.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I came in for a routine STD blood work, and when I declined to answer personal, sex-related questions that I felt were irrelevant, the nurse became upset. When the doctor arrived, I asked her to check my ear for infection, something that I suffer all the time, but she refused because I hadn’t answered those questions. That’s completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Patients should never be denied care for protecting their privacy. I’d be surprised if this place is still open in a year. Avoid it at all costs, although I sincerely feel bad for the staff.

Super easy to book an appointment online and submit all my documents. Got there and it took no more than 2 minutes to confirm they had everything and pay my co-pay. Less than 5 minute of waiting before PA took me, and less than 5 minutes of waiting after PA took vitals to see the Doctor. Doctor was thorough and talked me through everything. Highly recommend this location.

I came to this location for what I learned to be was a broken ankle and everyone, from the front desk to the assistant to Dr. Peter, were so nice and comforting. They really put me at ease and made the news much easier to hear.

We had great experience with Dr Hanif and all of the staff today . My son has autism and she was fantastic. Patient, kind and understanding. She made him feel comfortable and was very patient. Thank you
