CityMD Broadway Triangle Urgent Care - Brooklyn

Of all the urgent care facilities I’ve been to in my life, I think this was the best. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. They even went back to the doctor to ask more questions for me because they could see that I had trouble walking. The doctor and x-ray tech were fast, efficient, and very polite. This is now my top spot for finding fast care in this neighborhood.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. not so much so. He kept pressuring me to take a urine test to check for pregnancy, even though I was just there for a basic vaccination, and could confirm I wasn’t pregnant. No rationale for his request—just seemed like he wanted to add on charges for the visit. When I repeatedly turned down the urine test, he became cold and rude for the rest of the appointment. I recommend trying a different CityMD location if possible, to get better bedside manner from the doctor. And advocate for yourself if you feel a test is unwarranted, because they will try to rack up your fees here.

I sprained my ankle and they made me an ortho appt across the city in the UWS. It was very difficult to get to on crutches. I showed up and turns out they didn’t have my appt schedule, just written as a note in my file. If they schedule you an appt with Summit Health, call the office and make sure it’s actually on file

The Doctor was sitting and talking to coworker while I waited for half hour in examining room. He was also rude and did nothing for the horrible back pain was experiencing. I went to Mount Sinai Urgent Care and they gave me the proper treatment and a shot for my back. Never again
