CityMD Bergen Beach Urgent Care - Brooklyn

They are rude. I didn’t no see one doctor. One girl doing triage seemed like she was an intern. I have her all my symptoms and the reason I was there. Then comes in a male RN. Rude and hell. He was ready to call security on me when I spoke back. Not loud or rude. But intelligently. Never got to see a MD. He offered services that I told I had 4 days ago. He didn’t believe me and said where’s the proof. I guess he wants me to bring my medical records with me. I definitely won’t be back here.

Always a pleasant experience visiting my local urgent care. Reception, nursing and doctors are always welcoming and nurturing to my families care and concerns. This is not paid advertising lol. This is ACTUALLY my personal experiences! Thank you all seriously ❤️

We wasted 2hrs of our time at this place. We got here around 8:30am, there were 3 people ahead of us. It took almost 1hrs to be called in a room. We sat in the room for over 30mins before I had to go to the desk and asked it they forgot about us in the room. About 10mins later someone came in to triage my daughter. Then we had to wait about 45mins before someone came back to the room. While they sat there talking and laughing. Not seeing patients. They actually get paid for doing this crap. This CityMD Bergen Beach needs to close or hiring people that's going to work. It's terrible.

I came to CityMD after breaking my toe. While I appreciate that they were able to see me and take X-rays, the overall experience felt a bit frustrating. They couldn’t clearly explain my X-ray results and instead told me to go to a pediatrician to find out what was going on, which was confusing—especially while dealing with a broken toe. The pediatrician even asked why CityMD hadn’t just explained the results themselves. I’m thankful they took the images and helped get the process started, but I really wish they had provided more information so I didn’t have to run around to different places while injured. On the positive side, the front desk staff was very nice, and the doctors were okay. Overall, it was an average experience, but clearer communication would have made a big difference.

They are unprofessional and offer no help. The management does not do a good job in making sure that the patients are seen and heard. I was sitting there over two hours no articulation of names and going to put a note in my chart! They dont call names loud enough for you to hear. I had a sick child with no remedy being offered. They are not professional.
