Very unprofessional and rude pharmacy staff, you ask them a simple question and they deny and and give attitude then hang up without any reasoning, do not go here

this is a terrible pharmacy. i came to them personally to ask if they have the medicine in stock that i need on prescription. they said that if i send them a request they will order it and there will be no problems. well i added this pharmacy and my doctor sent them a prescription. and i want to pick up my pills and they say that they are not on the market. why did you tell me that you can order them and i will be able to get them? now i dont have the medicine that i have to take every day, i cant miss a dose. and now is a holiday and i cant do anything until monday. whats wrong with you guys? why are you confusing customers?

This pharmacy was amazing, until it wasn’t. About two months ago I realized they had been billing my insurance for a prescription that required 120 tablets but only giving me 100 tablets, and because of the sealed bottle I had when I realized this, it’s clear that they had been doing so for about a year. Beyond this simply being incredibly dishonest, I’m pretty sure it is also illegal. Probably best not to go here. Additionally, their hours are incorrect by about 1 hour in both directions of opening and closing. Please keep that in mind if you do choose to go here.

I love Cityline Pharmacy.The staff is amazing,helpful,and did i mention just amazing!They always have what i need.The personal attention to my medications and well being far surpasses any expectation.Every single person there always been professional.courteous and warm towards me and my family.Keep up the great work!
