CityDoc Urgent Care

This is my second visit and my experience was the same. They are efficient, professional and have great follow through. They took my insurance, assessed my condition and provided a solution in twenty minutes. There are not many places that combine heath care and customer service this seamlessly. Well done!

Clean, friendly and quick service. There was only one other person ahead of me at the time. The nurse and PA were great. I needed to call a few days later for a receipt to provide my FSA account, the lady on the other end was polite and very helpful. I understand some days can be busier than others, but based off my experience I definetly recommend this location.

Even though walkups are accepted, I made an appointment online. If you have your documents in order, the online process is super easy. I arrived about 20 minutes early and they called me in within 5 minutes. The entire process was quick and simple, yet thorough.

City doc is the ONLY urgent care I go to because of they're high quality care they offer. From the front desk and nurses to the doctors, they are absolutely amazing. Dr. Jojo is my favorite doctor as she actively listens and takes as much time as necessary to understand what's going on and the experience of the patient. Wait times are usually reasonable and they take most insurance plans. Thank you City Doc for the exceptional care every time I'm in need!

The PA JoJo was great. She was efficient and thorough. I give her 5 stars! However I was put into a room with the door closed and waited for about an hour. There was no supervision. My BP was elevated and that made it worse. I will go again because I believe I have gotten good care there, but the communication between front desk and docs need improvement.
