Cityblock Health - Charlotte

This is by far, THE ABSOLUTE BEST place to receive care. From the receptionist at the windows, Alex, to the doctors and nurses, they actually care about you and your health here. I literally recommend everyone that tells me that they need a primary care physician, to go to Cityblock at 4444 The Plaza!! But, don't just take my word on it... go check them out for yourself and see!!!

They never have same day sick appointments. I scheduled an appointment this past Thursday for today (tuesday), and when I called to double check the time, was told I never made the appointment.

Great experience! Dr. Nicole was extremely thorough with my 13 year old daughter. Gave her room to speak up for herself & gain knowledge on how the body & mind works. Also provided information as to what can be done to strengthen both. I appreciate the honesty about health & how it was delivered. Looking forward to having all of my kids transferred to this location.

Me and my kids go here and have been since i move from up north 2 years ago, and my experience is ALWAYS… ALWAYS pleasant! Today i visited for Ear irrigation and although Mrs. Rita already had informed Starasia i may experience dizziness especially since im almost 5 months pregnant and what to do, if it happens i didn’t experience the diziness right away, but she kept asking out of concern was i ok during the process. Nobody understands how fast that had changed & the way the team was hands on soooo quickly i cant even begin to explain. I personally and individually want to thank everyone first Mrs. Rita she became the mom that i no longer have instantly and thoroughly, i felt so safe but the young ladies that promptly assisted in helping me during my dizzy spell they were quick & ready to

The staff was courteous when I took my son in for his routine checkup. The doctor was patient and addressed my concerns. My problem is with my son's case worker, Nakia, who was supposed to be finding organizations that will assist him in getting support with his mental health. She just stopped contacting me and had one of her associates to call me to inform me that she would no longer be assisting with his referrals. I was told that I would need to contact Alliance for further assistance. It was very unprofessional of her for not taking care of this herself and explain to me why she was removing herself from my son's case. Up until my son's doctor's appointment Nakia was on target with any updates with organizations that I could contact for assistance. Now when I try to contact her she's e
