Customer Reviews
The worst customer service of all the cancer centers I have been in. All the front desk people sounds very condescending. The tone of their voice is so overdone almost rehearsed to imitate a robot. And when I asked a question…they seem to go mad and malfunction. C’mon COE leadership team, do better.
Beautiful campus, extremely friendly staff, high quality care. I am grateful to be treated at City of Hope.
