Been using this pharmacy many times a month for as long as I can remember. Lately the staff has been so rude and dismissive.
Zero for customer service! After years having them as a pharmacy I have no choice but to move my prescriptions they are horrible.
My doc called them because my pharmacy was out of stock and they said they were in stock I called around 5:30 pm to see if my medication was ready they said they had just got it and were filling it now my husband went in about 7:30 to pick it up and they tried telling him that they were out of stock and we had to wait until Monday but they did have it and we were able to get it but they were rude and unprofessional about it not using them again
Straight up the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. They were rude, impatient, and not helpful. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
Usually have decent experiences, other than the long wait in line and inconvenient lunch hours. Recently was treated so rudely by a brown haired, short chick in her late 20s/early 30s. I'll never allow her to help me again and will request someone new if she's ever on the register when I'm picking up
