Very helpful staff. My prescription was rerouted to this pharmacy and was filled in no time while I waited! Friendly and professional!!

When I inquired about using a coupon, the tech, Iris, refused to enter the information, when I pressed the issue she pretended to enter the coupon and said that it did not lower the price and proceeded to charge $130 more than the published coupon price. When I called the prescription coupon company, they verified she never tried to use my coupon card and the price should’ve been 164 instead of the $294 she charged. Iris has been incredibly rude and unhelpful in the past of both perception questions and entering coupon information. It is unfortunate because our pharmacy options are limited. Filling medication shouldn’t be as unpleasant as City Market makes it out to be.

I want to take a moment to share my heartfelt appreciation for Ursula and the entire pharmacy team at City Market in Dillon. Ursula truly went above and beyond to take care of my husband and me during a difficult time. My husband was sick with the flu, and Ursula made sure he got his prescription, Tamiflu, before the pharmacy closed for the evening. She was extremely kind, considerate, and showed such genuine care in making sure he had his dosage in time. It’s not just Ursula—every person I interacted with at the pharmacy, including all the other girls working there, was so helpful and friendly. Very crowded chaotic store with product everywhere both times I visited this week. Digital coupons via their app are a huge cluster and so not worth the frustrations. Would not recommend.

This pharmacy is so busy, but they are always great at getting prescriptions through on time. I was impressed with how caring Mariah was when going through drug interactions and side effects. They really go above and beyond!
