Very kind & patient staff. Great delivery service. So happy I changed to this pharmacy. Although I had been with my previous pharmacy for 10-12 years I finally had to change due to not getting my medicine in a timely manner or not at all. This is the BEST pharmacy I've ever found and that includes the nationwide chain stores. Their staff, supervisor, manager and delivery driver are all friendly, kind, caring, patient, attentive, knowledgeable, conscientious, thoughtful and professional. Unlike the big retailers, THIS pharmacy REALLY appreciates their customers and shows it too! They will DELIVER your medicines right to your local location. They will also adjust their delivery time (morning or afternoon if you let them know beforehand) in case you have to go to the doctor or wherever. This delivery service is a MAJOR benefit for us disabled senior citizens, who either aren't allowed to drive anymore due to physical or mental conditions or who simply cannot go out in cold, hot, rainy or inclement weather. The pharmacy employees are warm and carring. Sometimes inter staff communications is a challenge but bringing to attention of Grace or UD these issues are quickly resolved..The delivery driver is awesome..Calls or texts me when 5 minutes away so i can have money, scripts whatever ready! I have been blessed when sick to know my all perscriptions are delivered for free. With all my scripts delivered and prepared by one pharmacy is helful to me and my doctors..The time and stress it saves is awesome.
