The receptionists at this place are horrible, the doctors forget to put a note for your prescription then you have to once again deal with the receptionists to ask them to add the note. I’ve been going here for years because they were bilingual but it’s not worth the disrespect from the receptionists. They are moving to Ahava now beware it’s still the same staff and they are ignorant and rude! They seriously get upset if you have any problem with your prescription which is caused by the doctor. Also you have to wait about 40-50 minutes after your scheduled appointment time because they tend to overlap and overbook if not, I guess they just don’t run on schedule. One of the receptionist even started yelling at me while I was trying to fix the prescription note at the pharmacy one time insan

I understand this is a private practice and with that being said my experience with the doctor has always been pleasant. However there is not a website or portal to access information which is very inconvenient. And honestly I find the reception staff rude and unwelcoming. I've been going here for years and have officially decided i was fed up. This happened when i reached out to this practice while abroad a few months prior and requested some council and was not provided any assistance or compassion. I have a choice in my healthcare and i just cant deal with this level of service anymore. Would not recommend long term.

I called last week to schedule an appointment and someone of the staff didn’t schedule it for some reason, I called today again and one of the ladies picked up the phone, she told me I am very busy what do you want ? And I said I want to schedule an appointment and she was very upset (I don’t know why)and I said “ I am calling because I need to see my doctor “ and she didn't schedule my appointment either, then she started yelling at me, I haven't been able to receive my medicine because of this lady, I want you to listen to the conversation on the phone that I had with her, she never let me talk and she was very rude to me without any reason, I am very disappointed with this place. I don't recommend anyone to go there.

The doctor and her staff were very nice and hospitable. As much as I’d like to rate her more highly, she told me a rash was a reaction to a medication and suggested I not take an antibiotic another doctor had prescribed. The next day I tested positive for Lyme disease.

It’s very unfortunate that a good dermatologist like Paulina is in the place with such bad receptionist service, these women are the worst a doctor can have,that makes patients decide move to another doctor I’m sure many patients like me made the same decision, just for bad service, if you pay for a service you don’t have to put up with bad mood. Being ignored, bad attitude,from these rude people , sorry Paulina you are excellent dermatologist, but you need better receptionist for your patients.
