Whoever is in charge of handling calls is levels beyond rude. I was asking her a question and she proceeded to hang up. I called back and the same person is in the background complaining about me being rude when I’m the one who got the phone slammed on simply by asking a question. This is all before actually being processed to make an appointment. Not a good start to this process whatsoever. Amazing how you decide to be a receptionist and have zero people skills.
Is Not bad at all you don’t wait to long and they are very professional! The dermatologist are very , and kind!
