City Center Dental Care

I had been using the same dental practice for 30 years until I visited City Center Dental Care. The VA afforded me the opportunity to use a different facility. City Center Dental Care was AMAZING! I checked in with Nicole who was so pleasant and knowledgeable. She indeed made me feel right at home. I can't say enough about Brandy who was one of the assistance to my doctor. Brandy was very caring and made my visit worth it. My hygienist was Rachel. I have used the same hygienist for the last 30 years and was somewhat nervous about the change. Rachel was INCREDIBLE! She is extremely good at her position and very thorough. She is a MVP hygienist. EVERYONE at this practice were so nice and caring. I HIGHLY recommend City Center Dental Care in Newport News. I have been coming to this dentist since at least I was eight years old and doctor griffin was owning the practice. These people went above , and beyond to keep me here. When my current insurance wouldn't take me , they call them and made sure that they were able to pay for my cleaning today.. If you needed a dentist , they are located centrally in newport news...

I had a fantastic experience at City Center Dental Care! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The office is clean, modern, and has a very calming atmosphere. Dr. Tao-Yi was so kind and thorough—she explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. The hygienist and assistants were also wonderful and made the whole appointment smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care and a friendly dental team!

I’m a NP means I’ve never been seen at this office. I had an ER a few months ago and MISSED my first appt. Life is easier now so I called to make the appt only to be told to pay $50 lol you can’t charge new patients weirdo. Never signed an agreement lol. I hung up and asked my Dentist for a referral somewhere else. Bad customer service!
