I brought my cat, Ming, here several times for routine care. They were always excellent with her and very gentle. I appreciate how honest and straightforward they are. I get hung up on details and Doctor Nieberg was very patient in explaining my cat’s health to me and going over approximate treatment costs. I was never upsold or pressured into anything. In fact I was talked out of dental cleaning—twice—because Ming didn’t need it. Having lost some of my own teeth I got a bit hung up on Ming’s oral care. It would have been easy to take my money for a procedure she didn’t need. Ming had a sharp decline starting around the December holidays and we got exceptional help despite the everything being last minute and at the worst possible time. The vet did an amazing job at helping me with my cat. I have never owned a cat before and they made sure to explain everything they were doing and why. They gave me helpful information on how to take care of me cat. I would 100% recommend this office for anyone.

Will not be back. My cat has hated this vet from the beginning and over time (4 years) I’ve started to come to the same conclusion. I’m a human doctor and this vet lacks bedside manner with both pet parents and pets. I have a mutual friend who also uses this vet and come to find out this vet missed the fact their girl cat was actually a boy! After he insisted my cat be sedated instead of trying to make him more comfortable I think we’ve both decided it’s best to get care elsewhere.

Recently took my cat for her annual and rabies shot. Dr. Nieberg is the best. He’s very knowledgeable. I recommend this place. Edit: we’ve been seeing city cat clinic for more than one year now! Today was our second yearly appt and it went really well. Dr. Nieberg is such a thoughtful vet. Plus: I forgot my wallet and asked them if I could pay via phone once I arrived home and they were completely ok with this!

Amazing vet full of great tips. Went far and beyond to help me and Nala (my kitty) with advice and the likes. For crying out loud! They have Cat in their name, it's the go-to cat clinic. Would recommend to anyone without second thought.
