Zero stars; DO NOT RECOMMEND. I've been waiting over a week for important referral information to be sent to a provider. At least one other appointment has been canceled due to a lack of referral although CCM claimed to have sent it over. This is potentially a very serious medical issue. They're offices in Queens temporarily closed with NO prior notice ro patients. On top of that, they have a telephone number where you text your information. I'll be filing an official complaint with the BBB. Dont waste your time using this provider.

I’ve been with city care since they were in Far Rockaway, at this point I am switching primary. so disorganized, nobody ever picks up the phone, the MAs don’t know what they’re doing, can’t draw blood, medication never sent on time, wait time is absolutely horrible. Office is DIRTY including bathroom. Place was already going downhill and now it’s horrible since Ashley, left she was the only one that knew what she was doing. UPDATE: IM GLAD THEY CLOSED!

If i could no stars i would the front desk staff are unorganized and unprofessional the absolute worse! They've messed up my appointments canceled or when i get there the med assistant is going on break when i have an appointment..why book an appointment at that time then go on break...unbelievable! disgusting!

The doctors and MAs here are very caring and try to expedite matters for you. It s very convenient place to get to as well. I live in long island but am able to drive here in like 10 minutes because its right off the highway!

Poor customer service, extreme long wait even with schedule appointment, no one answer the phone, and overall poor people skill. Will be changing my doctor because the service is extremely poor.
