I had such an amazing experience here from start to finish. I highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a new dentist, especially if you are looking for same-day appointments. The hygienist was thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain everything. The dental assistant, Nevaeh, was very sweet and attentive, always checking in to make sure I was doing okay. The dentist exceeded my expectations; she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and approachable, which made me feel really comfortable to sit in her chair. Lastly, the ladies in the front office were so welcoming and helpful, especially Cynthia who walked me through the financial aspects of my treatment. This was my first time at this office and I had a great experience! Aretha made me feel very welcome during my initial x-rays. Nael was a great educator during my cleaning process and super eager to answer any questions I had. Dr. Bajwa was great at helping me understand my plan of treatment and I felt valued as a patient. The whole experience was thorough and they are excellent at what they do! Happy patient.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The dentist and hygienist are very pushy when it comes to getting all of their super expensive procedures done and use a lot of fear-based tactics to attempt to talk you into a $2,000 laser cleaning that's not covered by your insurance. The dentist told my daughter and I to get automatic toothbrushes like the Oral-B and the water pics almost a year ago which we have done. No one not a hygienist not the dentist explained how to use these tools the correct way what the proper tools were to buy other than the most expensive tool you can buy. No one explained how to properly use them and now our teeth and gums are in the worst shape they've ever been in. This dental team is the best! It’s been a few years since I’ve been to the dentist so I was a little worried and embarrassed about how my first visit would go. They treated me with a lot of respect and understanding from the start. The front desk team was very welcoming and the care team was very thorough and attentive. They built a care plan for me and walked me thru the steps and made the whole process very smooth. They helped me understand my dental insurance and so I was able to setup a payment plan with them that fit my needs. My hygienist Nael, was beyond professional and thorough in my two cleanings I had at Citrus Heights Smiles Dentistry! He educated me on proper care and was extremely careful during my cleaning being kind and patient w/ me. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you for having him on your team! 🙏
